Sandi is passionate about dairy innovation having spent more than 15 years in the industry. Her primary focus has been on R&D for product and process development, working on projects from factory floor right through to consumer and at a wide range of scales.
Highlights include a number of patented inventions and spending a year in the artisan cheese industry in the UK. Sandi now leads Fonterra’s Open Innovation team focussing on how to identify, work with and deliver the best innovations, no matter where they come from.
