Simon Yarrow

Simon is the Business Development Manager - Germinate with Sprout Agritech.

Within his previous role at Callaghan Innovation, Simon led a team responsible for the organisation's engagement into NZ's largest sector of Agrifood, including developing and leading multi-million dollar programmes like the Agritech Activator to grow the Agritech sector.

Prior to this, Simon grew biotech and nutrition businesses globally in the private sector, including a venture capital funded startup in microbial stabilisation; gene discovery, testing and licensing; complex lipid extraction and formulation; and the development and export of life-stage nutritional formulas.
